Definition: Vulvar cancer arises from the vulva, the outer part of the female genitalia.

Risk Factors:

Age: More common in older women.

HPV Infection: Major risk factor.

Chronic inflammation: Like lichen sclerosus.

Types: Squamous cell carcinomas are most common.

Presentation: Itching, pain, and tenderness.

Treatment: Surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy.
