Definition: Breast cancer originates from the breast tissues, most commonly from the lining of the milk ducts.
Risk Factors:
Age: Risk increases with age.
Gender: More common in women.
Genetics: BRCA gene mutations.
Types: Ductal carcinoma, lobular carcinoma.
Presentation: Lump in the breast, change in breast shape, nipple discharge.
Treatment: Surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, and targeted therapy.
